I am a patient centred Psychiatrist with over 5 years’ experience in clinical practice, having worked as a Senior House Officer in Mathari National Teaching and Referral Hospital which is Kenya’s inaugural public mental health hospital and Kenyatta National Hospital’s Psychiatric Department, while in my post graduate training. I have also submitted a research thesis in reproductive psychiatry that focused on unmet reproductive health needs among women with mental illness, for publication in the University of Nairobi. I endeavor to pursue more research into psychiatry’s both chartered and unchartered territories.

He holds a combined Bachelors and Master Degree in Psychology from The University of Dundee (Scotland, UK) and is a certified member of the Kenya Psychological Association (KPsyA).
